What sales channels can be synced to Centralised Distribution?

At the moment, you can sync:

• Shopee seller account

• Lazada seller account

• TikTok Shop seller account

• Webstore

• Social CRM

• Centralised POS

to Centralised Distribution. More sales channels will be available from time to time.

How many Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop stores can be synced to Centralised Distribution?

The number of e-commerce stores that can be added to Centralised Distribution will be based on your subscription:

• Freemium: Only 1 integrated store

• Starter: maximum 3 integrated stores

• Standard: maximum 5 integrated stores

• Pro: maximum 10 integrated stores

Can I sync my existing POS system & website to the Centralised Distribution?

No. However, you can import previous POS system data of your existing products, previous suppliers, and customers to Centralised POS and sync it to Centralised Distribution. As for the website, you can only get the old website domain to use for Webstore and sync it to Centralised Distribution.

Why does my Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop token expire? And what does it mean?

The token often lasts depending on your setup when you link it on Distribution (default can be 1 year, unlimited,...). It is an authentication method that is used by e-commerce platforms to grant access to independent software providers to access their user's databases. Centralised Distribution has been granted the license for all e-commerce platforms to use the token. Integration has been granted the license for all e-commerce platforms to use the token.
