First time log-in

Step 1: Go to the sso service page

Step 2: Fill in the credential detail

If you are directed from the activation email then the credential details will be autofilled for you on the first log-in session

Step 3: Click the log-in button to log-in

After clicking the login button, the user who is logging in to the SSO service for the first time will be asked to change the default password to a new one for security measures.

Step 4: Verification Your Identity

Starting in November 2024, we will be rolling out a new security feature (Multi-Factor Authentication) that will help protect your account and data from being compromised. On November 20, this feature will be automatically required for all accounts in the Unifi eCommerce Hub system.

In this step, the system will send you a 6-digit OTP email password.

You need to open the email address registered with the Unifi eCommerce Hub system and enter the verification code on the Verification page.

If you do not receive the OTP email, please click resend so that the system can re-issue another code for you. (Note that you can only resend after 1 minute from receiving the most recent code)

Step 5: Change the password

It is required for you to change your default password at this stage.

• Old passwords can be found in the activation email and be careful with space characters.

• A new password is a sequence of your choice.

Result

You will be directed to the Product page and given access to the other 4 applications.

Remember your email and new password for the next log-in session (if you log out from this current session)
