What is analytical metrics use for?
  1. Targeted marketing: Analytics allows businesses to segment their customer base and target specific groups with personalized marketing messages. This can lead to higher conversion rates and increased revenue.

  2. Performance tracking: Analytics allows businesses to track the performance of their marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and customer service initiatives. This can help them identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions about how to optimize their operations.

From the menu tab, you can navigate to Analytics to view your:

  • Total conversation

  • Total guest that have interact with your page

  • Total order placed by your guest (coming soon)

  • Total response from your agent

Tool bar

Tool bar section allow you to:

  • Select a fanpage to view all metric related to that fanpage

  • Filter metric value based on time range

Conversation Graph

You can hover to a certain point on the conversation - time graph and the system will display the amount of conversations of from each social channel. This allows you to analyse which social channel has more interactions during a particular period.
