From the menu tab, you can navigate to Analytics to view your:
Total conversation
Total guest that have interact with your page
Total order placed by your guest (coming soon)
Total response from your agent
Tool bar section allow you to:
Select a fanpage to view all metric related to that fanpage
Filter metric value based on time range
You can hover to a certain point on the conversation - time graph and the system will display the amount of conversations of from each social channel. This allows you to analyse which social channel has more interactions during a particular period.
