Email template

You can navigate to Content manager>Email template to configure your email automation for four types of order

  • Confirmed order

  • Canceled order

  • Delivered order

  • Failed order

2. Configure email template

2.1. Order confirmation

The automation process allow you to:

Turn on or turn off the automatic email sending function. With this setting turn off, the buyer wil not receive the confirmation email after their order has been confirmed by the system.

  • You can select the default language of the email send to the buyer to be English or Bahasa Malaysia by selecting the system language

  • You can edit the content for the email subject, Greeting message and Closing message, Button label

  • You can edit the translation for the Bahasa Language if you have select the default language to be English or vice versa

2.2. Cancelled order

Additional configuration of the template is similar to that of the Confirmation order

2.3. Delivered order

Additional configuration of the template is similar to that of the Confirmation order

2.4. Failed order

Additional configuration of the template is similar to that of the Confirmation order
