You can navigate to Setting> Delivery to manage the selection for delivery method of customer order

2. Self-delivery

What is self-delivery method?

Self-delivery in ecommerce refers to the practice of an online store delivering products directly to customers on their own, without involving any third-party delivery service or logistics provider. This means that the ecommerce company has its own fleet of delivery vehicles and drivers to handle the transportation of products from its warehouse or fulfillment center to the customers' doorstep.

To turn on self-delivery option for your order:

Click the Setting button at the top right corner and select the Self-delivery option and click Save to confirm the choice

2.1. Fixed fee

You can select the delivery fee to be a fixed fee for any order value or different value of fixed fee base on different range of order value:

Self-delivery method will not allow customer to select a delivery provider at the checkout screen

3. Integrated delivery

What is integrated-delivery method?

Contrary to the self-delivery method, integrated delivery method utilise third party logistic parter to fulfill the order by the means of picking of an order from the seller and transfer it to the buyer.

Prerequisite: Delivery providers has been set up in Centralised Distribution

To turn on integrated delivery method:

Click the Setting button at the top right corner and select the Intergated delivery option and click Save to confirm the choice

3.1. Fixed fee

You can select the delivery fee to be a fixed fee for any order value or different value of fixed fee base on different range of order value:

3.2. Dynamic fee

if you select dynamic fee then the shipping fee will be calculated based on each delivery provider system and it will vary between each delivery provider.

The checkout screen now provides different delivery providers for the customer to select from
