What will happen to my data storage after 6 months?

The past 6 months' data will be deleted automatically in Centralised Distribution (for the starter package). You can export the data within that period of time. However, in the case of retrieving old data, you can still download the data from your Shopee and Lazada seller accounts.

What happens after I reach my max orders per month for my current subscription?

Once the maximum number of orders is reached, you will still get the order details sync to your Centralised Distribution but you won’t be able to process the order. You will be given an option to upgrade the account to the next plan. However, you are still able to process or approve the order through the respective sales channel example: Shopee seller, Lazada seller..

If I upgrade my plan, what will happen to the previous 1-year cycle?

The 1-year cycle will be automatically renewed following the date of your upgrade.
