Starting November 2024, we will require you to authenticate your identity by using an email OTP to further protect your personal data and your business from security issues or intrusion attacks.

The OTP email will be sent to the email address you registered with UniFi eCommerce Hub. You can also receive an OTP email with your backup email address if you add it to MFA settings. Instruction here
