Can I migrate my previous website to WebStore?

Unfortunately, you cannot migrate all content on your previous website to Webstore. However, you can get the old website domain to be used by Webstore. Go to Settings > Domain Connection and follow the three simple steps.

Does my website still exist although I have deactivated my account?

No, you won’t be able to access all unifi eCommerce Hub features including Webstore after you terminate the account.

I’m providing services instead of selling products. How can I publish my services on the Webstore?

There are 2 ways for you to offer your service through the Webstore:

i- You may include your business information by uploading images via Banner, or you can introduce your services via Rich Text to the homepage of your Webstore.

ii- Or you can also upload your service as a product. This can be done if you have a fixed price for the services that you offer. iii- For services, you might need to consider choosing a payment term as cash on delivery (COD).
