Can I create vouchers or discounts on the Webstore?

Yes. You can create a discount through Sales operation > Discount and proceed with entering your voucher details.

Your customers can enjoy the promotion by entering the discount code during checkout.

Will my customers get notified when the order from the Webstore is delivered?

Yes, they will receive an email for order delivery. The customers will also receive emails for different order statuses such as order confirmation, cancelled order, delivered order, and failed order.

You may activate this feature in Content Manager > Email template
