Tool bar

Shop performance page's toolbar allow you to quickly filter the data for specific shops within a specific period and also for a specific type of order. This can be done with the following steps

Step 1: Select shop

Click the shop button and tick to select a number of shop of the dropbox option

Step 2: Select order type base on the status of an order

Click the order status button and select a value from the dropbox of order based on status

Step 3: Select a time period

Click on the Date range selector and and select a period of your choice

Step 4: Click apply to filter data

Click the apply button to confirm your selections and the system will display all the suitable data on the analysis screen

Display table data

To present the metric in a coherent and meaningful way, Order and Delivery's page allow you to search and display data related to a specific location or logistic partner

Step 1: Select search value

Simply select from the dropbox option between Location or Logistic providers. The system will automatically reload the table to display the correct data base on the option that you have selected.

Export data

Step 1: Click Export button

You can start the exporting process by clicking the Export data button on the top right corner of the detailed metric table

Step 2: System will notice you when the file is ready to be downloaded to your folder

Step 3: Click on the corresponding notification to download the .xlsx file
