Prerequisite

To be able to view a customer details from other platforms, you must have successfully integrated at least one platform which already has order made by a customer. For instruction on how to integrate and sync product from another e-commerce platform/ sale channel, please direct to:

Tool bar

You can utilise the tool bar that allow you to

  • Search for a Customer using customer name or phone number

  • Filter customer from a specific shop/Sale channel

  • Filter customer based on customer ranking: Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze

  • Filter using more advance options such as total expense, total sucessful order, success rate, customer segment, customer ranking and period of latest transaction.

You can click on a customer on the customer list to view the details

Amount of order, order status and total expense of a particular customer
Order history of the said customer
