Prerequisite

To be able to view an order details from other platforms, you must have successfully integrated at least one platform which already contains order. For instruction on how to integrate and sync product from another e-commerce platform/ sale channel, please direct to:

Tool bar

You can utilise the tool bar that allow you to

  • View separated tab for order with diffent status such as: Unpaid, Pending, Ready to ship, Shipping, Completed, Cancelled, Returned and Other

  • Search for an order using Order ID or Cusotmer name

  • Filter orders coming from a specific shop/Sale channel

  • filter using more advance options such as range of order value, product quantity in an order, payment method and losgistic provider

You can click on an order on the order list to view the details

Order details from Social CRM

Order details give you a wide range of information related to your order. These would include:

  • General information with Original sale channel, Order ID, Order date, Current status of the order, payment method Delivery provider name and Delivery tracking ID.

  • Products information with name of product, purchase quantity, price per item and the sub-total value of them

  • Customer information with customer name, phone number, email address and note from customer

  • Payment details with Order sub-total, Discount amount, Shipping fee, Order value, platform fee and actual recieved value
