Deactivate an e-commerce platform

To stop integrating and unsync content from an unused platform without the need of deleting it, follow these steps below:

Step 1: Toggle the activate/deactivate button

On a sale channel card, toggle the switch button from active to inactive to deactivate a sale channel

Step 2: Confirm your decision

Click the confirm button on the pop up warning to deactivate the sale channel

Remove an e-commerce platform from the system

To remove a sale channel and to erase all of its data stored on Centralised Distribution system, follow these step below:

Step 1: Click the delete button

Click the delete button (trash bin symbol) on the corresponding card that contain the sale channel that you want to remove

Step 2: Confirm your decision

Click the confirm button on the pop up warning to erased the channel and its data on Centralised Distribution system.

You can always re-adding an e-commerce platform/sale channel again. All the content will be resynced again
