Tool bar

You can utilise the tool bar that allow you to:

• Search for a product using the name

• Filter product based on product group, availability status and inventory status

When you click on a product on a product list to view, the system will allows you to navigate between these for tab

• Product info

• Update product

• Stock card

• Stock

Product info

The product information tab display the overall details of a product which contains:

• The product ID

• The name of the product

• The cost of the product

• The current stock of the product (at this particular branch)

• The packaging weight

• And the packaging dimension of the product

Edit product information

Stock card

Stock card allows you to mornitor the change in stock made to this product. It updates you with:

• The time when an edit made to this product

• The staff member performed the action that lead to the change

• The amount of stock change (can be zero)

• Teh opening stock (the quantity prior to the latest change)

• And the method that lead to the change

Stock allow you to mornitor the current stock amount of a particular product accross all of your store's branches
