Your plan provides you with the information related to:
The start date of your subscription plan
The end date of the current plan
The remaining days of the current plan
If you have modified your subscription plans then the system will also provide you with all the previous subscription plan that has been used.
If you want to terminate your active plan, click on the 3 dots symbol next to the plan name and select the Terminate Plan prompt to initiate the deleting process
Tick the T&C box and click the Confirm button
If you confirm the termination, you will immediately be forced out of the system and will not be able to log-in and use the service. Re-registering process in the unifi eCommerce Hub page will be needed to re-open your terminated account.
