You can navigate to Sale operation> Order to view your list of order that has been purchased by your guest
Order section allow you to:
View list of order and its details
Export list of order data
Social CRM does not provide you with the capability of managing order
To manage (take action with) your order, please visit Centralised Distribution>Order Management
