Unpublished an article

Step 1: Toggle off the active-deactive switch

You can unpublished an article by toggling the switch button from published to unpublished

Step 2: Click Confirm to finish the process

You can unpublished an article by toggling the switch button from published to unpublished

An unpublished article will not be displayed on the website but the details and the article itself will not be permanently deleted from the system database. It can be published again.

Delete an article

Step 1: Select the delete product option

You can delete an article by selecting the Delete option after clicking on the more action button (3 dot symbol) on the corressponding article OR you can select multiple articles to delete them at once simple by tickick the check box and select Delete product button

Step 2: Confirm your decision

Click confirm on the pop up warning to complete the process of deleting an article

Step 3: Check your result

A deleted article is permanently remove from the system database and customer can not search or view the article on website
