Variant Group

You can navigate to Content manager> Product>Variant group to manage your list of variant

Feature

Web Store variant group allow you to:

• View variant group/variant details

• Add variant group/variant

• Edit variant group/variant details

• Unpublished or Delete variant group/variant

• Export list of variant group and variant

2.1. Tool bar

Tool bar allows you to

• Search for a variant group based on name

2.3. Add a variant group

Step 1: Click the Add Variant group button at the top right corner of the screen

Step 2: Fill in the required information of a brand:

• Variant group name

• Variant group value

To add multiple variant values to a variant group, simply input the value and hit enter, repeat the process for the next value until you have input all the needed value

Step 3: User click Save to finish with the adding process. Sucessfully added product will be display on the product list

2.4. View or modify a brand

Step 1: Select the Edit option after clicking on the more action button (3 dot symbol) the corresponding variant group that you want to view

Step 2: Start modifying the variant group to your requirement. Click Save to finish the process

Additionally, you can edit the translation for a product to Bahasa language by clicking the Edit translation button

Step 3: Click Save to complete the edit process. Updated Brand will be refected in the Webstore system

2.5. Delete a variant group

You can delete a Variant group by selecting the Delete option after clicking on the more action button (3 dot symbol)

A deleted variant group and its variant values are permanently remove from the system database and user can not see or assign this variant group and variant value to a product on the system

2.6. Export list of variant groups and variant values to .xlsx

Step 1: Click Export button at the top right corner of the table

Step 2: System will notice you when the file is ready to be downloaded to your folder

Step 3: Click on the corresponding notification to download the .xlsx file
