How to add facebook chat plug-in to your website
Step 1:
Access your Facebook page, Click on the Meta Business Suite and you will be directed to the dedicated page that you can check the inbox of your page
Step 2:
Click the setting button on the top right corner and select View all setting option
Step 3:
Click the set up button, select that Standard option
Step 4:
Follow all the step required by Meta platform: Set language, Add website domain and Paste code.
The domain should be the domain of your website, NOT the domain of the Web Store system.
Remember that you should be pasting the sinppet of code provided by Meta platform into Webstore system and click Add to finish the process
Now the chat plug-in is embedded to your website and is ready for the customer to use.
