Edit account information (Staff account)

Staff account setting

Staff account:

  • Is the staff account that has been created by the business onwer and transfer to a staff member

  • Has access to features that had been set by the owner account

  • Can not delete and modify other staff/owner account

  • Can be deleted/deactivated/modifed by owner account

  • Can not log-in to unifi eCommerce Hub page

Edit account details

Step 1: Click edit button

Click the Edit button (pen symbol) next to the My account header

Step 2: Update account information

Modify the account information and click save to complete the process
