Order from Web Store has been synced to Centralised Distribution and the order status is Pending
The Cancellation process for a Social CRM order on Centralised Distribution is consisted of 3 steps:
Select order
Initiate the cancellation process
Cancel order
Click on a row on the list of order that contain an order you want to cancel to go to the order details page
After you have verified all the information to be correct, select Cancel order from the Actions dropdown box to initiate the cancellation process
You can enter seller note (optional) and then click Confirm to cancel this order. The Order status will change from Pending to Cancelled, meaning that this customer's order has been cancelled by you and it can not be further processed in Centralised Distribution system
The status of Web Store order has been changed from Pending to Cancelled and you will not be able to process this order further.
