Changing Social CRM order status

For self-delivery order, it is necessary for you to manually change the order status so that it would reflect the nature of an order. This is important for the business record and finance metric of your business

Prerequisite

Your Social CRM order status must not have Pending status.

Change order status process

Step 1: Select an order to process

Click on a row on the list of order that contain an order you want to perform the action to go to the order details page

Step 2: Check the order details and start changing order status

After you have verified all the information to be correct, click the blue confirm button (arrow up symbol) to initiate the confirmation process

If you are confidient with an order details being correct, you can quick select the change status action of an order by selecting the change order status option (after clicking on the 3 dot button) on a row that contain an order from the order list. The result will be the same as step 2

Step 3: Confirm your decision

You need to select a new status that this order will have and click Confirm to change. The Order status will change from Ready to Ship to either Completed, Failed or Other, meaning that you have acknowlegde that this order has been either Delivered successully to the customer, Failed to deliver to the customer or Other, respectively.

Result

The order status has now been changed from Ready to Ship to the status that we have just selected which is Failed.

It is possible for you to repeat the process and change the status from Completed to Failed or Other if your first chage was not appropriate.
