Confirm the order sent by the Distribution system, and provide order information to the shipping unit J&T Express through your linked J&T account, from there J&T will pick up the goods or you will drop them off at J&T post.
If the buyer chooses to pay via the payment gateway, the order needs to be paid.
Your J&T VIP account is active and functioning normally.
Step 1: After getting an order from Social CRM, go to Order Management > Order list
Step 2: Click on the Confirm order icon on the order, The Order information popup will appear
Step 3: You can select the shipping type and consignment type for the order
You can input the number of packages, and edit remarks if you want to note for J&T express delivery.
Optional: COD value will be available when the buyer selects the COD option for the order. Then you need to input the COD value for the shipping process.
You can change the return information from default to another in the return information section below.
Step 5: Click on the confirm button to finish, the order confirmed successfully will display.
