Deactivate a product

A deactivated product will temporarily be hidden from the list of purchasable product on every e-commerce platform that has been integrated with the Centralised Distribution system. It can be re-activate and purchasable again.

Step 1: Toggle off the active-deactive switch

You can toggle the active-deactive switch to off to deactivate the product

Step 2: Click Confirm to finish the process

You will need to confirm your decision by clicking the Confirm button on the pop up warning

Delete a product

A deleted account is permanently remove from the system database and on the corresponding platform that has been integrated to Centralised Distribution.

Step 1: Select the delete product option

You can delete a product by selecting the Delete option after clicking on the more action button (3 dot symbol) on the corressponding product OR you can select multiple product to delete them at once simple by tickick the check box and select Delete product button

Step 2: Confirm your decision

Click confirm on the pop up warning to complete the process of deleting a product from an e-commerce platform

Step 3: Check your result

It is advisable that you should also check your e-commerce product page to see if the change made was identical.
