You can go to Settings > Account information to view or edit your information.

Before you can view or edit your personal information, the system will need to ask you to verify your identity with an OTP email code. This is to enhance the security of your data.

Verification Your Identity

Click on the settings page then go to the Account Information page, the system will ask for verification by sending to your email the OTP code.

To continue viewing personal information, you need to access your email, get the OTP code, and enter it in the popup request.

After successful verification, the system will display your personal information.

Changing account details

Step 1: Click the edit button

You can start the editing process by clicking the edit button (the pen symbol)

For now, only the Contact first name and the contact last name of the account can be modified since all the other details has been bounded to the registration record. This will only affect the visual representation on this unifi eCommerce Hub page but not in the database.
