Unpublished a product

Step 1: Toggle off the active-deactive switch

You can unpublished a product by toggling the switch button from published to unpublished

Step 2: Click Confirm to finish the process

You will need to confirm your decision by clicking the Confirm button on the pop up warning

An unpublished product will not be displayed on the website for purchasing but the details and the product itself will not be permanently deleted from the system database. It can be published again.

Delete a product

Step 1: Select the delete product option

You can delete a product by selecting the Delete option after clicking on the more action button (3 dot symbol) on the corressponding product OR you can select multiple product to delete them at once simple by tickick the check box and select Delete product button

Delete a single product

You can delete a discount code by selecting the Delete option after clicking on the more action button (3 dot symbol) or tick the tickbox of multiple product for mass delete.

Step 2: Confirm your decision

Click confirm on the pop up warning to complete the process of deleting a product

Step 3: Check your result

A deleted product is permanently remove from the system database and customer can not search or purchase the product on website
