What are the delivery methods available when a customer purchases Social CRM?
Social CRM will follow the delivery method that you opt-in on your Centralised Distribution. For now, we offer:
J&T Express
GDEX
NinjaVan
After you have added the shipping providers in Centralised Distribution, you need to set up these delivery partners to be available for Social CRM.
Go to Settings > Logistics or Providers > Settings. You may tick the boxes to select which shipping provider will be available for Social CRM.
During checkout, you can choose the shipping providers that you will use to send out the parcel for tracking purposes.
Other than delivery partners, a self-delivery option is also available by default.
