How to make an order while being in conversation?
Conditions required to make an order: Currently Social CRM store would get products from Centralised POS store via Centralised Distribution so that users can pick up items to make an order for their customers. Therefore, it must be integrated:
Social CRM to Centralised Distribution.
Centralised POS to Centralised Distribution. Step-by-step instructions as below:
1. Go to Conversations > Chat & comment. 2. Click "Make order" icon. Here are the following actions: - Filter: sellers can filter by Category and Branch (The default value are All categories and All branches). - Search: sellers can search by product name. - View product detail: sellers can see product detail info by clicking on it directly and can add to cart. 3. Add items into cart to make an order by clicking "Plus icon". Click "Minus icon" to remove items from cart. Note: In case 1: users choose 1 branch and select products to make an order and Press "check out". In case 2: users choose All branches, - The message "..branches has enough selected products in quantity to make order" will be shown when all selected products are available at the same branch. Then, users can check out the order. - The message "There is no any branches that have enough selected products in quantity to make order" will be shown when all selected products are not available at the same branch. Users can not check out and the "Check out" button will be disable.
How to search order?
1. Go to Conversation > Chat & Comment.
2. Click Switch button to move Chat or Comment.
3. Select the guest that you want.
4. Select "Bill" icon to Search order.
- Order ID: Select Order ID or Customer phone when that Search box will show Search by order ID or Search by customer phone: To fill any orders to search.
- "Calendar" icon: Selecting period time.
- Tick "Square" icon to show Only show orders from this guest.
5. Select the order you want to view detail.
- Tick on "Down arrowhead" icon to view Ordered products, Order history, Custome
How to view order?
1. Go to Sales operation.
2. Select Order.
Order ID: Select Order ID or Customer phone when that Search box will show Search by order ID or Search by customer phone: To fill any orders to search.
All status: To find order by the status of orders.
"Calendar" icon: Selecting period time.
Export data: Download any list of orders.
"Filter" button: To filter order by choosing any buttons (order from channel account, status, order date, ordered by) in Filter box and click Apply when you want to complete.
- Order from channel account:List of accounts.
- Order by: List of users.
3. Select the order you want to view detail.
How to set up and use WhatsApp Order Form for buyers?
WhatsApp Order Form allows buyers to chat and order with sellers via WhatsApp channel. When sellers enable a WhatsApp order form in Social CRM, the system allows sellers to set up order form, generate a link and share it on the WhatsApp platform. Customers can choose to chat with sellers or order directly via the link.
Currently, the WhatsApp order form uses a website from the Web Store so that customers can order and checkout directly on it. If you don't complete 2 actions above, when customers click Send message or Buy now button at WhatsApp order form, it will show an error that the page cannot be found. Here are primary steps before setting up for this feature:
1. Add Social CRM store and Web Store to Centralised Distribution .
2. At the Web Store, you have to choose website template and add information as well as publish product page and checkout page.
After finishing these 2 steps, go to Social CRM continue to:
1. Go to Settings > WhatsApp order form.
2. At WhatsApp order form, click Set up button.
3. Click Switch button at the top of the page to publish the order form. Then the system will show a popup, then click Confirm to publish.
4. After publishing, users need to input the following information as below:
- Channel settings: Set up your display name and phone number registered on WhatsApp for your selling
- Order form: Enter title, short title that you want and then click Save to complete.
(Note: Short title cannot be duplicated).
5. Then system will automatically generate a link and user can click "Copy icon" to copy it.

How buyers can place order with WhatsApp Order Form?
1. Customers get the link and click it. It will be directed to new screen, they fill in the form including Name, Phone number and Email information.
2. Customer can send messages to sellers via WhatsApp or buy directly on the website.
Note:
- Send message button: it will be directed to seller's account on the WhatsApp platform. Here, customers and sellers can chat for purchase consultation.
- Buy now button: it will be directed to the Product page of the website so that customers can make an order and checkout directly on the website.
- Orders will be recorded at the Web store and synchronized to Centralised Distribution for processing.
- Social CRM system won't store order data.
