You can type or attched photo, video attachment as a reply to your guest in real time
Red lock symbol means that the conversation with a guest is cuurently being handle by other staff, this will prevent multiple staffs replying to the same chat with the same guest
Interaction with your guest's comment on social media page
Toggle the Comment-Chat button from Chat to Comment to start interacting with guest comment on your fan page
all action on Contexture Information tab are available for both Comment/Chat type of interaction
You can:
Reply to the comment by clicking the Reply button and input your reply into the reply box and hit enter
Hide the comment by clicking the hide button
Delete the comment by clicking the delete button
Send direct message to guest by clicking the send message button
Reply with your own comment
Reply by selecting a response template
Real time reply reflected on Facebook page
To Hide/Unhide a comment, simply click Hide/Unhide
Click the Hide button to make the comment invisible on your page
Click the Unhide button to make the comment visible again on your page
if you delete a comment, this action cannot be reverse, The comment will be permanently deleted
If you send a direct message to your guest, this action cannot be undo
