Step 1: Received the message
When new guests or customers send a new message to your Lazada shop, it will appear on Social CRM and the conversation with that person will be pushed to the top of the conversations list.

Step 2: Sent a message
To send a message, you can use the chat section below in the conversation

The support message types of Lazada you can send to guests will be:
Text message: maximum 4000 characters
Image message: maximum size 1MB (minimum dimension is 330x330px)
Video message: maximum size 5MB
