Can sellers take orders from social media through Social CRM?
Yes, you can easily process an for a customer who contacted you via Instagram & Facebook. Go to Conversation > Chat & comment > Make Order on the right-hand side.
However, you can’t experience this feature if you’re not subscribed to Pro Plan as the items you sell in Social CRM will be synced from Centralised POS.
You can’t take orders from conversations in Shopee. Customers are required to check out from the platform by themselves.
What are the payment methods available when customers purchase through Social CRM?
Payment method available is bank transfer, where customers are required to transfer the payment to the seller's bank account and cash on delivery (COD).
You can upload customers’ payment proof via chat feature in Social CRM and you can process the order by going to Conversation > Chat & comment > Make Order on the right-hand side.
However, for a seamless payment experience, sellers can direct customers to make purchases on the Webstore or other sales channels like Shopee or Lazada that allows real-time payment for online purchase.
