Process of integrating a Shopee channel

Step 1: Click the add channel button

Click Add Channel account button and select Shopee

Step 2: Authorise the access

You will be auto directed to Shopee page where you can log-in to Shopee open platform and authorise the Social CRM permission for the access of customer chat

Step 3: Data syncing

At the instance when the channel has been succesfully added to Social CRM system, it will immediately start syncing all the conversations
