WhatsApp order form

What is this for?

When you enable a WhatsApp order form, the system allows seller to set up order form, generate a link and share it on the WhatsApp platform. Customers can choose to chat with sellers or order directly via the link.

Currently, the WhatsApp order form uses a website from the Web Store so that customers can order and checkout directly on it.

Prerequisite

The Web Store sale channel and CRM sale channel has been integrated into Centralised DISTRIBUTION

Setting up order form

Step 1: Click the Set up button

Step 2: Toggle the order from to On and click confirm

If the person click on the link (which can be shown on any medium), they will be directed to a dedicated page

A person can be turned into a potential customer if they click the Send message button, this will direct to an Whatsapp chat

If the potential customer decided to click on the buy now button, they will be directed to the Web Store product page and can directly purchase and check out on the web site
