Guest level
Guest level gives you the insights required around what your customer interactions actually are.

There are 5 levels/badges that a guest could qualify for. - Awareness - Consideration - Convert - Loyalty - Advocacy And the requirement for these achievable level can be configured
Navigation
You can navigate to Setting>Guest level to configure your guest level
Set requirement
Step 1: Click the set requirement button
Click the Set requirement button at the top right corner to start the process

Step 2: Input your requirement value
Input your configuration

Step 3: Confirm your decision
Click Save to finish the process
