Integrating Facebook

Process of integrating a Facebook channel

Prerequisite:

You will be asked to log into a facebook account and this facebook account needs to have the permission to manage the facebook page (social channel) that you want to add to the Social CRM system

Step 1: Click add channel account button

Click Add Channel account button and select Facebook

Step 2: Authorise the access

Social CRM system will direct you to facebook and it's required for you to log into the facbook account that is linked to your page. Provide Social CRM with all the necessary permissions and click Next.

It is crucial for you to provide CRM with all the necessary permissions for a smooth and undisrupted service quality

Step 3: Syncing data

At the instance when the channel has been succesfully added to Social CRM system, it will immediately start syncing all the conversations
