Process of Integrating an Instagram channel

Prerequisite

Your Business Instagram account needs to be linked to the current facebook

Step 1: Click the add channel account button

Click Add Channel account button and select Instagram

Step 2: Authorise the access

Social CRM system will direct you to facebook and it's required for you to log into the facbook account that is linked to your Instagram account.

Select the correct instagram and Facebook page and check the tickbox of the Instagram that correspond to the facebook page. Provide Social CRM with all the necessary permissions and click Next.

Step 3: Syncing data

At the instance when the channel has been succesfully added to Social CRM system, it will immediately start syncing all the conversations.
