Integrating Lazada Seller

Process of integrating a Lazada seller channel

Step 1: Click the add channel button

Click Add Channel account button and select Lazada

Step 2: Authorize the access

You will be auto directed to Lazada page where you can log-in to your Lazada Seller account and authorize the Social CRM permission for the access of customer chat.

Input your account information and click on Submit button.

Step 3: Data syncing

At the instance when the channel has been successfully added to Social CRM system, it will immediately start syncing all the conversations.
