Tool bar

Tool bar section allow you to

• Select a fanpage to view all reponse made using it

• Search for a response base on guest name or response text

• Filter reponse base on time range

Advance filter allow user to quickly combine all of the the requirement above to search for an exact response from an agent at any given time

Overview all response made to your guest

It allow you to view:

• The content of the response that you have made to a guest

• The type of response (chat or comment)

• Handling staff/agent

• Handling time

• Unsafe keyword detected in response
