Add a J&T VIP Account (Seller)
Description
This feature allows you to add your J&T Express account to the Distribution system. Once successfully connected, the J&T Delivery option can be synchronized with the Social CRM or Web Store platform. This enables you to manage, customize, and use the J&T delivery on your e-commerce website. J&T Delivery will have the option of COD & transfer fee with payment gateways.
Pre-requisites
Before connecting your J&T Express account chat to the Distribution system, please ensure the following:
Your J&T VIP account is active and functioning normally.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Log in to Distribution and open Setting> Delivery Provider

Step 2: Click on the Add channel account button and choose J&T Express

Step 3: Click on the J&T Express option

Step 4: fill in your account information, choose your service type & payment type

Step 5: fill in your sender information

Optional: You can choose to add return information

Step 6: Confirm finishing the added J&T account

Step 7: Setup sync J&T Express delivery to Web Store & Social CRM.
Click on the setting button.

Select the Web Store or Social CRM to sync delivery integration, then click on the confirm button.

At the Web Store & Social CRM, go to the delivery provider setting and set up the integration delivery option.


Set up the shipping fee for the J&T Express option and click save.

When buyers check out of your Web Store, they can select the J&T Delivery option.
