You can deactivate a staff account by toggling the switch button from active to de-active, click Confirm to complete the process.
A deactivated account will temporarily be banned from accessing the Centralised Distribution system and using any function but it will not be permanently deleted from the system database. It can be re-activate and use again.
You can delete a staff account by selecting the Delete option (trash bin symbol)
A deleted account is permanently remove from the system database and the user can not regain access to the Centralise Distribution system and features.
