Tool bar

Tool bar section allow you to

• Select a fanpage to view all the guests that have contact or interact with

• Search for a guest base on guest name or guest id

• Filter guest base on time range

Advance filter allow user to quickly combine all of the the requirement above to search for an exact response from an agent at any given time

Guest details

You can click on a row on the list of guest to view the detailed information of the corresponding guest

The information includes:

• General details - phone, email, and address. These information can be modify by you for referencing purpose. Simply click the edit button (pen icon) next to the guest details to start editing.

• Total order and completion rate (coming soon)

• Current tag and tagging history - Any conversation or comment that has been tagged for this guest will appear here for referencing purpose. You can check the tagging history by clicking the rewinded clock icon next to the Current tag header.
