Add product group
Method 1 - Adding a single product group
This consists of these main steps:
Initiate the adding process
Fill in the details required
Confirm your decision
Step 1: Click the Add product group button
You can click the add product button on the top left of the screen to start the adding process
Step 2: Fill in the details
You need to fill in the required information for the name of the product group. Input for note can be optional

Step 3: Confirm you decision
You can click Save button to save the new group data to the system and return to the product group screen OR
You can click the the Save & Add new button to save the new group data to the system and process with adding process for another group OR
You can click the Close button to cancel the process and return to the product group screen.

Method 2 - Adding multiple product groups
This consists of these main steps:
Initiate the adding process
upload the .xlsx file containing all the necessary information
confirm you decision
Step 1: Click the import from excel button
You can click the import from excel button on the top left corner of the screen to initiate the adding process
Step 2: Download the sample file (optional)
You can download the sample .xlsx file provided from the system to your device so that you don't have to create a file from scratch. SImply click on the Download the sample file button from the instruction tab.

Step 3: Fill in the file with all the required information
You need to input the required information for the group name in the .xlsx file

Step 4: Upload .xlsx file onto the system
You can click the upload button and select the correct file from your device to upload it to the Centrallised POS system

Step 5: Confirm your decision
You can click Save button to save the new groups data to the system and return to the product group screen OR
You can click the Cancel button to cancel the process and return to the product group screen.
