Can I start the WhatsApp conversation on Social CRM?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to initiate WhatsApp conversations from Social CRM's end current version; it's only possible to reply to incoming messages (Service Conversation).
Do Social CRM support pick up calls/video calls/group message from WhatsApp?
Unfortunately, at this moment, calls/video calls/group messages are not supported by WhatsApp API. As a result, we are unable to implement these features in Social CRM.

Service conversations – Conversations that initiate in response to a customer message using a free form message within the are considered service conversations.
Effective November 2024 — WhatsApp API is making service conversations free. It means the 1000 free service conversations per month will change to unlimited. You can use the service conversation for free.
Can I integrate a phone number that I've used for a WhatsApp mobile app or WhatsApp business account API?
Yes. However, you must delete the number from the current account in order to reuse it for the new integration.
How to delete the WhatsApp Apps account?
Open the WhatsApp App/WhatsApp Business App
Navigate to Settings → Account
Select Delete My Account
Follow the steps described to delete the WhatsApp account. Please note it may take up to 3 minutes for the disconnected number to become available.
Delete the WhatsApp app from your device
Once the number has become available, you can undergo new WhatsApp onboarding.
