Adding new phrase

Process of adding a new phrase to unsafe keyword list

Step 1: Click the Add unsafe keyword button

Click the Add unsafe keyword button at the top right corner of the screen to open an input tab

Step 2: Fill in necessary question

Input all the necessary information and click Add

You can toggle between the two option which are warning or banned from using in a response. If it is not toggled to banned then you could still use the phrase but there will be a warning prompt prior to sending the message. If it is banned then it is not possible to send the message to your guest.

Step 3: Confirm your decision

Click the add button to finish adding new phrase to the list
