1. Log-in to Social CRM

Method 1 - Access via unifi eCommerce Hub

You could access Social CRM service by clicking the Social CRM product symbol on the eCommerce Hub product page.

Method 2 - Access via Social CRM log-in page

User with owner account or staff account could utilise another log-in method by accessing the service via a dedicated CRM log-in page.

It is required for both owner or staff to input their credential information correctly at this stage to get access to the service.

2. Initial set-up

After you have sucessfully log-in to Social CRM website, you will be directed to the home page and you will be kindly asked to perform these above initial set up steps

2.1 Add a social channel

Step 1: Click Add now button to start Adding a social channel

Step 2: Click Add channel account and select from one of the three currently platforms Facebook, Instagram or Shopee

Step 3: Log-in to your shop/business Facebook account and provide the service with neccessary permission

There are no limit of how many social channel that could be added!

2.2. Set up a response template

Click the section below to find out more about purposes, types and how to create response template

Response Template

At the beginning, it is sufficiennt enough for you to create a normal response template that would suit all the possible scenarios

Step 1: Click Add now to set up a response template

Step 3: Fill in the needed information and then click Add
