1. Log-in to Social CRM


2. Initial set-up
After you have sucessfully log-in to Social CRM website, you will be directed to the home page and you will be kindly asked to perform these above initial set up steps
2.1 Add a social channel
Step 1: Click Add now button to start Adding a social channel

Step 2: Click Add channel account and select from one of the three currently platforms Facebook, Instagram or Shopee


Step 3: Log-in to your shop/business Facebook account and provide the service with neccessary permission

It is crucial for you to provide CRM with all the necessary permissions for a smooth and undisrupted service quality

Response TemplateAt the beginning, it is sufficiennt enough for you to create a normal response template that would suit all the possible scenarios
Step 1: Click Add now to set up a response template

Step 2: Click Add template and select type Normal

Step 3: Fill in the needed information and then click Add
